	JAMES W. APPLE, JR., PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER James W. Apple, Jr. is President and Chief Executive Officer of Burroughs & Chapin Company, Inc. Prior to joining Burroughs & Chapin, Apple was a founding principal of Trade Street Partners, LLC of Charlotte, N. C., a real estate development and investment firm operating in the southeast. For 15 years prior to founding Trade Street Partners in 2000, Apple was an executive with Trammell Crow Company, a real estate development and investment firm with locations throughout the United States. His last position with the company was as area president, headquartered in Charlotte. In that capacity, he oversaw nine regional offices throughout the midwest and southeast, and was a member of the company's Operating Committee, which set the strategic direction of the firm. A Huntsville, Alabama native, he is a graduate of the University of Alabama and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama Manderson Graduate School of Business. He and his wife Denise have two sons and a daughter.
	BRATTON FENNELL, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, CORPORATE TREASURE Bratton joined B&C in May 2008 and leads our Finance and IT Divisions. Prior to joining the company, he was Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance, and Treasurer of Giant Cement Holding, Inc., a subsidiary with $350 million of revenue of Spain’s Cementos Portland Valderrivas. Prior to working with Giant Cement Holding, he served as Assurance Service Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Accounting, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of South Carolina in 1985, and a Masters of Accountancy from the University of South Carolina in 1986. He is community service oriented and is a member of the Myrtle Beach Rotary Club, coach and founding board member of the Myrtle Beach Track Club, the Grand Strand board representative to the South Carolina Association of CPA’s, and an active church member.
	TONY COX, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, REAL ESTATE Tony joined B&C in 2000. Tony leads our Real Estate Division with focuses on our Real Estate Sales, Timber Management and Land Management. Additionally Tony oversees Corporate Communications and Government Relations for the company. A native of Horry County, Tony has been involved in real estate in the Myrtle Beach area his entire career. Tony is licensed in South Carolina as a Real Estate Broker and General Contractor. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration and Real Estate from the University of South Carolina. He is also a graduate of the Harvard University Graduate School of Design AMDP program. Tony also holds the CCIM, GRI and e-Pro designations. Active in community affairs, Tony is the former Chairman of the Horry County Planning Commission and presently serves as Chairman of the South Carolina Real Estate Commission Board of Directors. Additionally Tony serves on the Board of Directors of the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce and the Coastal Educational Foundation (Coastal Carolina University). A leader in the real estate industry in South Carolina, Tony is the past president of the Grand Strand Board of REALTORS, where he was honored as the REALTOR of the Year in 2000. The South Carolina Association of REALTORS named him the Legislative Grassroots REALTOR of the Year in 2001.
	RICHARD (TRIPP) B. JOSEY III, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, GENERAL COUNSEL AND CORPORATE SECRETARY Tripp Josey joined B&C in January 2006. Tripp leads our Human Resources, Risk Management, and Legal Records Administration in addition to directing all of the Company's legal activities and serving on the Executive Committee. Tripp previously worked as an Associate Attorney with Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough from 2002-2005. Tripp earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina in 1998. He earned his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the University of South Carolina, School of Law, in 2001. Tripp also earned his LL.M in Taxation from New York University in 2002. Tripp currently is a member of the American Bar Association, South Carolina Bar Association, Horry County Bar Association, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and Association of Corporate Counsel. Tripp currently serves on the Board of Visitors, Thomas W. and Robin W. Edwards College of Humanities and Fine Arts, Coastal Carolina University. Tripp is also a member of the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce Legislative Policy Council (2009-2010 and 2010-2011). He also serves as the Treasurer on the Coastal Carolina University Board.
	BOB SWEZEY, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, GOLF AND RESORTS Bob joined the B&C team in 2005. Bob leads the teams at our owned and managed championship golf courses, golf management company, executive and mini golf operations and Grande Dunes resort amenities (Marina Inn, Ocean Club, Tennis Club, Marina). He represents the company as President on Homeowner and Condominium Owners Associations controlled by B&C. Bob serves on the management committee of the company and Ripken Baseball Experience in Myrtle Beach. He has been involved in the development, club and golf industry for over 30 years and became a PGA Member in 1986 after attending the University of South Carolina. His background in development, golf, amenities and property management stem from his experience and service with the PGA of America, PGA Tour, St. Joe's (formerly Arvida), NTS Development and KemperSports. He is very active in the community as he serves on the Board of Directors for Myrtle Beach Golf Holiday, Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Grand Strand program, The First Tee of Myrtle Beach, Chanticleer Athletic Foundation and as the Executive Director of the Myrtle Beach Golf Hall of Fame. Bob and his wife Kellie live in the Carolina Forest area and have a daughter and son.
