Crown Park Resort is Burroughs & Chapin's first timeshare resort located outside the Myrtle Beach market. It is located on 5.5 acres in Gatlinburg, TN. Presales began in 2004. Phase I consists of 108 units and the building was completed in the first quarter of 2006.
