South Beach Resort is Burroughs & Chapin's first "Gold Crown" Timeshare Resort located in the southern part of the City of Myrtle Beach, adjacent to Midway Par 3 Golf Course and the Atlantic Ocean. The timeshare resort opened in February 2003. The 37-acre master plan calls for a total of 340 villas offering golf course and, ultimately, oceanfront settings.
