James W. Apple, Jr., President & Chief Executive OfficerJim is responsible for the leadership of Burroughs & Chapin’s Executive Team as well as strategy development for the Company. Prior to joining B&C, Jim was a founding principal of Trade Street Partners, LLC of Charlotte, NC, a real estate development and investment firm operating in the southeast. For 15 years prior to founding Trade Street Partners in 2000, Jim was an executive with Trammell Crow Company, a real estate development and investment firm with locations throughout the United States. His last position with the company was as area president, headquartered in Charlotte. In that capacity, Jim oversaw nine regional offices throughout the mid-west and southeast, and was a member of the company's Operating Committee, which set the strategic direction of the firm.Jim received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alabama and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama, Manderson Graduate School of Business. |

J. Bratton Fennell, Chief Financial Officer, Corporate TreasurerBratton is responsible for the leadership of the Finance and IT Divisions of Burroughs & Chapin. Prior to joining B&C, Bratton was Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance, and Treasurer of Giant Cement Holding, Inc., a subsidiary of Spainʼs Cementos Portland Valderrivas. Prior to working with Giant Cement Holding, he served as Assurance Service Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.Bratton received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of South Carolina. |

Richard B. Josey III, Executive Vice President, Corporate Counsel & Corporate SecretaryTripp is responsible for the Human Resources, Risk Management, and Legal Records Administration of Burroughs & Chapin in addition to directing all of the Company's legal activities. Prior to joining B&C, Tripp was an Associate Attorney with Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough.Tripp received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law and a LL.M in Taxation from New York University. |

Tony K. Cox, Executive Vice President, Real EstateTony is responsible for the Real Estate Division of Burroughs & Chapin with primary focus on Real Estate Sales, Timber Management and Land Management. In addition, Tony oversees the Company’s Corporate Communications and Government Relations. A native of Horry County, Tony has been involved in real estate in the Myrtle Beach area his entire career. He is licensed in South Carolina as a Real Estate Broker and General Contractor.Tony received a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and Real Estate from the University of South Carolina. He is also a graduate of the Harvard University Graduate School of Executive Education Advanced Management Development Program. |

Robert B. Swezey, Executive Vice President, Championship GolfBob is responsible for the oversight and management of the owned and managed championship golf courses of Burroughs & Chapin. He is also leads the activities of our Golf Management Company. Bob has been involved in the development, club and golf industries for more than 30 years. Most recently before joining B&C, he served as the Regional Director of Operations for Kemper Sports Management. His background in development, golf, amenities and property management also stems from his experience and service with the PGA of America and the PGA Tour.Bob attended the University of South Carolina. He has been a member of the PGA since 1986. |

Chad E. Carlson, Senior Vice President, Strategic Planning & AnalysisChad is responsible for corporate strategy and leads the operational and development activities at Grande Dunes, a 2,200 acre master plan community consisting of two championship golf courses, a four diamond hotel, ocean club, tennis club and residential and condominium development. Prior to joining B&C, Chad worked for Trade Street Partners in Charlotte, NC, a real estate development and investment firm operating in the Southeast. His other experience includes working in the corporate strategy division at Carterʼs, Inc. where he helped facilitate a $312 million acquisition and integration of Oshkosh B’Gosh.Chad received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia, and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. |

Stephen R. Warner, Jr., Senior Vice President, Capital Strategies & InvestmentsSteve is responsible for Burroughs & Chapinʼs debt and equity strategies. He leads the Companyʼs Capital Control Committee which oversees all new and existing investments. Prior to joining B&C, Steve worked for The Lionstone Group in Houston, TX, where his primary responsibility was sourcing commercial real estate investments throughout the country for closed-ended equity funds. He also participated in the firmʼs fundraising efforts which targeted leading state and corporate pension funds, university endowments, and foreign investors. Prior to Lionstone, he worked for a residential land developer in the Rocky Mountain Region where he oversaw the development of 3,500 single family lots.Steve received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Utah and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. |
