The Coastal Grand Outparcels are located around the perimeter of Coastal Grand Mall, a regional mall. The 1.1 million-square-foot mall opened in March 2004 and will strategically increase to over 1.5 million square feet of retail space. Current anchors include Dillards, Belk, Sears and JC Penny. The mall also includes Dick’s Sporting Goods, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Books-A-Million, a Cinemark Theater complex with stadium seating and 130 in-line stores. The mall is bounded by the Myrtle Beach International Airport (Harrelson Boulevard), U.S. Highway 17-Bypass, U.S. Highway 501 and Robert M. Grissom Parkway. Coastal Grand- Myrtle Beach is a joint venture between CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. of Chattanooga, TN, and Burroughs & Chapin Company.
