Full Time position will supervise daily operations and provide visitors and guest with information concerning the Broadway at the Beach Shopping Center, Barefoot Landing Shopping Center and general Myrtle Beach area. Assist the Marketing team with events and other miscellaneous marketing specific duties
* Assist with the hiring process of team members
* Train Customer Service Representatives to disseminate proper information related to BATB and the Myrtle Beach area
* Prepare monthly attendance and work schedules for CSR team members
* Maintain the Guest Service Center lobby, keeping clean and fully stocked with brochures and other property collateral
* Maintain inventory of merchant and property brochures
* Act as the contact person for various vendors and merchants at BATB, coordinating on events and other activities as needed
* Develop and update customer service training manual
* Responsible for ensuring team members comply with company policy and procedures
* Answer telephone in a friendly manner and direct calls to appropriate source
* Attend weekly staff meetings
* Promote a synergistic relationship with team members in all department and divisions
* Ensure professional development to enhance work knowledge, skills and abilities
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules, regulations, standards, guidelines, expectations and requirements
* Ensure completion of work responsibilities and special projects in accordance with the designated timeframe, as determined by the reporting leader
* Adhere to Company ethical requirements, demonstrating the utmost integrity in all professional and personal matters
* Provide reporting leader with feedback, ideas and suggestions on a timely basis
* Perform all other duties as assigned by reporting leader
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year customer service experience and supervisory experience
Must posses:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and others as needed
* Good communication skills including verbal skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
* Positive and effective customer service skills
* Effective leadership skills
